Conditions • On the journey day you can cover the flat from 2pm to 7 p.m. (If you arrive later than 7pm o'clock we ask you to inform us). • On the departure day we ask you to free the apartment within 9.30 a.m. • Only reservations received with a confirmation deposit equally to 30% of the flat price are binding. • The money is not refunded in case of a refusal. • We do not accept credit cards. • Our prices are given per week. • The prices include tax stay, VAT, hot water, light, heating, bed linen and towels. • Charge requested for the use of the washing machine. • Unfortunately, domestic animals are not permitted, we ask for your understanding. • The final cleaning of the apartment amounts from 20 € to 60 €. We would be glad to welcome you in our house where you will spend a restful vacation. |
